Tall Cakes

Tall Cakes are popping up everywhere! Lorrie will teach you the steps and techniques to create “tall cakes” that will stand up straight. During this 3 hour class you will assemble and decorate your special creation. In addition to creating multi-layer cakes you will receive valuable tips for serving, transporting, and storing your masterpiece.

Classes are held at the Bulk Barn in Carleton Place, at 444 McNeely Avenue (in the Wal-Mart plaza), 613-253-0404.

For this class only - sign up at Bulk Barn, but the class will be held at the instructor’s house - the address will be provided when you sign up. Please make sure you have your class supplies ready for the start of class.
